Oliver from the Ukraine

Oliver, who is 5 1/2 years old, lives in an orphanage in the Ukraine. We think he may have Diastrophic Dysplasia. He does not get out of his crib much at all and it has been reported that the orphanage workers lean over a crib to feed him instead of holding him. LPA has a wonderful family who is advocating for him, and has offered a matching grant to anyone who gives to his grant, up to $2000 until August 19th.
