This little girl now has a $12,000 grant for an adoption! She's 4 1/2, and from Russia. Please consider making her holidays very happy by letting her know that she has a family!
The purpose of the LPA Adoption Committee is to find a family for every child with dwarfism who needs one. The committee serves as a facilitator between potential adoptive parents, adoption agencies, and birth parents. It is our hope that every single short-statured child in the world finds their own loving family. If you would like to donate to help children find their families, please click the link on the Available Children page. Thank you for your support!

Nine year old boy from Latvia with Diastrophic Dysplasia
This handsome young man is from Latvia and is in an orphanage for the mentally challenged, even though he is quite smart. He needs surgery, and his Pediatrician is trying to advocate for him to go to surgeons who are familiar with Diastrophic Dysplasia. He does not have many friends, due to where he is located (in the orphanage). LPA will consider giving a larger grant to families who will adopt this little boy and give him a chance at having an education and a life full of love.

A $10,000 Grant!
It was announced recently that this little girl, who is 4 1/2, has a $10,000 grant attached to her adoption. She has OI, and is from Russia. This grant, along with the LPA Adoption grant and other grants available, could help a family adopt this child at no cost, if the family is willing to fill out some grant applications. She is waiting for her family, and would love to find them soon!

A few more updated pictures...
This little guy will turn 2 in February. We just received a few more pictures of him. According to the foster workers, he is not a huge fan of the pool. Either way, he's pretty darn cute.
