This cute boy is from Eastern Europe, is a 2 1/2 years old, and has an unknown skeletal dysplasia. We've asked for more information, but in the meantime, he's still waiting for his family.
The purpose of the LPA Adoption Committee is to find a family for every child with dwarfism who needs one. The committee serves as a facilitator between potential adoptive parents, adoption agencies, and birth parents. It is our hope that every single short-statured child in the world finds their own loving family. Exclusive listing for Beau, who just turned 1
Here is another boy who we are not allowed to post his picture, which is too bad, because he is absolutely, positively one of the cutest babies I've seen.
His name is Beau, and he's from China. He is a 1 year old boy with achondroplasia. His paperwork might not be quite ready, but it is almost there, and he's with a terrific agency. We are allowed to send pictures to people privately (if interested, please email me at lp_adoption@yahoo.com).
He's got cute little spikey hair and is not walking yet. I don't believe he is sitting up yet, judging by his pictures. Very, very cute!!!

Steven - an awesome kid!
Hello, everyone!
We have several new children available. Two of the children are exclusively listed, but we can't post the pictures. We can say that they are both handsome boys!
Here is the story on Steven:
Steven - is 10 years old and is from China. He is officially diagnosed with MPS (Morquio), but we think he may have some type of SED dwarfism. Either way, he is adorable - he is wearing a bow tie in his picture and sounds like a really smart, amazing kid. We will be able to send pictures to anyone who emails me privately at lp_adoption@yahoo.com.
His caretakers say this about him:
Steven is a clear favorite of the nannies at his institute. He has a big personality and he had all of the nannies laughing during his interview with us. He is a very smart little boy with an excellent memory. He recited a poem for us that was in Classic Chinese from memory (the equivalent of Shakespearean English – with a number of old words that are not in common use). He also sang a song for us. He has very clear speech. His caregivers say that he has lots of friends at school and at the orphanage. He attends school outside of the institute and is in the 2nd grade at a local elementary school (please keep in mind that grade numbers in Chinese are not exactly equivalent to the same grade number in the U.S.). His favorite subjects are Math, Chinese, Music, and P.E. His very favorite class is Music. Steven is very charismatic. He posed for the camera when we were taking pictures and didn’t seem shy at all. He is talkative, friendly, and always has a big smile. He was the first child to come up to us and say “hello” when we were having lunch in the orphanage cafeteria. He says that when he grows up, he’d like to be a pilot. He enjoys reading and likes to read books in his free time. He also enjoys playing games like jump rope. He says that putting on a show for others makes him happy. Being scolded is the main thing that makes him unhappy.

Families have been found!!!
Yay! These children are on their way to starting their new lives with their waiting families. We can't wait to hear that they are officially home!
