Howie has a family!

"Howie/Hughie" has a family! We are so happy for him, and for his family. Let's hope that the adoption process is smooth and fast.

Updated pictures!

Updated pictures! We have a few updated pictures of children available. One is of "Charlotte" from China. She has OI, has been on our list forever, and is 5 years old:

Here is one of "Roland" from Eastern Europe. We also have an updated diagnosis. He has Robinow Syndrome. He is 4 1/2 years old.

And finally, "Alexandra" from Eastern Europe. She has OI and is five years old. That is quite a serious bow on her head!

More New Children!!!

We just received a few new referrals over the weekend. Introducing:

William from Eastern Europe. He is four years old, and has an undiagnosed dwarfism. He can stand up on his own and is described as being a 'curious little guy', who likes to be around people.

Adam from Russia. He is three years old, and has achondroplasia. We are still waiting on more details about him, but we can tell you that he is cute!

Madison from Russia. She has dwarfism, possibly OI. She is three years old, and is described as being musical and artistic. Also, she is 'personality plus', and steals the hearts of everyone who meets her.

Zhang Jie from China. He has achondroplasia, and is 7 years old. He is in the Shaanxi province and has quite a charming smile. We are waiting for more information on him.

Two new children - from Russia and China!

Two new children!!!! Introducing you to Aaron, who is almost 3, and in Russia. He has achondroplasia. He is reportedly healthy, and we are waiting on his medical reports. He is looking forward to finding his family.

And..... Moses, who is 12 years old, has a smile that can melt butter in Antarctica. He is in China, and has an undiagnosed dwarfism, and is also deaf. He would love his family to come find him.

What a great, great week!

This has been one of my most favorite weeks as Adoption Coordinator. We've gotten great news on some wonderful kids. These kids have found their families! Hooray!
